Meet our experts
Greg Weisberg
Principal Engineer & Project Manager
Greg joined the SmartShape team in early 2016 and has over 10 years of experience in product lifecycle development both as an engineer and project manager. Combined with his strong technical expertise in engineering, Greg also has a deep background in manufacturing methods and design for manufacture (injection and compression molding, die casting, stamping, sheet metal fabrication, etc.) as well as extensive experience working with and managing Asian manufacturing partners.
Great design is as much a process of adding as it is of subtracting. Make it simple but significant.
Pete Whitworth
Principal Industrial Designer
Pete Whitworth has over 10 years of user-centric product design experience in a variety of markets: medical, consumer, industrial, juvenile, and more. He is a multi-disciplinary designer working in all parts of the design process: generative user research, ideation through sketching and rapid prototyping, user testing and validation, CAD development, DFM, and product visualization. Alongside acting as a Principal Industrial Designer at SmartShape, Pete also actively leads SmartShape’s digital product expertise in UX/UI design.
Creativity is looking at everything holistically, taking it all in and then putting it through your own filter and perspective on the world.
