Week 2: Ideation & concept validation
Opportunity mapping using "AI Primitives", To-Be journeys, and rapid prototyping to produce a validated list of high-potential AI opportunities.
Week 3: Business priority & tech complexity
We apply a rigorous filter to the ideas. Our value scoring helps calculate the business impact, while the tech complexity is assessed through different lenses.
Week 4: Vision & roadmap
We synthesize everything into a narrative and timeline to submit to senior management. The North Star Vision is an inspiring high-level presentation with interactive elements.
