Inductive approach

This group course leverages an inductive approach, allowing participants to explore concrete cases and build hypotheses that can be tested, leading to comprehension of the key concepts. The inductive method blends seamlessly with socio-constructivism, which is why our training alternates theory with moments of group work, allowing the individual to confront his/her knowledge with the group and thus build greater understanding thanks to collective intelligence.

In addition, gamification is an integral part of our training workshops, and it is possible to customize the training for your organization's unique context of use. Finally, for each module, our instructors ensure time is provided for evaluation so that the learner can assess the progress made during the training and anchor their knowledge.

Because UXers can play the role of digital diplomats within product teams, this UX for Non-Designers course is perfect for organizations that are struggling to make Agile work, or where business and IT teams are facing communication challenges.
